In order to protect the safety of the public, CRTPO board and committee members, and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, offical CRTPO meetings will be held virtually for the forseeable future, without access to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center.
CRTPO is committed to providing full access to public meetings. Residents may view monthly recurring TCC and Board meetings on Facebook.
CRTPO meetings will continue to be held virtually until further notice.
CRTPO Board Meeting will be held Virtually on June 17, 2020 at 6 p.m.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing guidance, CRTPO’s policy board meeting on June 17, 2020 at 6 p.m. will be held virtually, without access to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center. CRTPO board delegates and alternates may participate remotely on Zoom. Members of the public are encouraged to watch on Facebook live.
Details for virtual participation and instructions on how to provide public comments in advance of the meeting can be found on the Public Meeting and Announcements page. Public comments must be received by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17 in order to provide public comments (or excerpts thereof) to the CRTPO Board prior to the meeting.

TCC meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month.
CRTPO Board meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
