In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing guidance, the Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CRTPO) policy board and technical committee meetings will continue to be held virtually, without access to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center. CRTPO board delegates and alternates may participate remotely via Zoom. The meetings will also be streamed on Facebook Live for residents and stakeholders.
Public Comments:While it is critical to our communities to follow social distancing guidelines, we want to honor our commitment of providing full access to our public meetings. Residents are encouraged to use Facebook Live to view the meeting.
Written Comments:
Residents that wish to provide public comments, can do so by submitting their comments in advance via regular mail or e-mail. The comments must be received by 2 p.m. on the meeting date. The public comments (or excerpts thereof) will be provided to the CRTPO Board prior to the meeting and shared verbally during the meeting.

Please reference the applicable public comment or action item in your comments. Comments must be received by 2 p.m. on the meeting date to be summarized during the meeting to the CRTPO Board and provided in full as part of the meeting minutes.
Verbal Comments:
Residents that wish to provide verbal public comments, can do so by submitting an email to the CRTPO Secretary, at neil.burke@charlottenc.gov, no less than five (5) minutes before the start of a CRTPO Board meeting.
Please reference the applicable public comment or action item in your email. The speaker(s) will be recognized by the CRTPO Board Chair during the public comment period on the agenda. CRTPO Bylaws limit speakers to three minutes each and the comment period to 20 minutes.
