A subcommittee of the Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CRTPO) policy board will meet to consider updates to the CRTPO’s Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU outlines the policies, structure, membership, and roles and responsibilities of the organization. The CRTPO updates its MOU every ten years following the release of urban area data resulting from the decennial census. The June 21 has been postponed to Thursday, June 29, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 E. Fourth St., Room 278, Charlotte, NC. Additional subcommittee meetings have been scheduled for July 19 and August 16.
CRTPO is the federally designated MPO for the Charlotte urban area; its planning area includes Iredell, Mecklenburg, and Union counties. More information is available on the CRTPO website at https://crtpo.org/.
