CRTPO is dedicated to honoring our commitment of providing full access to our public meetings. While we are still experiencing some space limitations due to COVID-19, residents are encouraged to use Facebook Live to view the TCC and CRTPO Board meetings.

Residents that wish to provide written public comments are encouraged to submit their comments in advance by regular mail or e-mail. Please reference the applicable public comment or action item in your mail or email subject line. The comments must be received by 2 p.m. on the meeting date. The public comments (or excerpts thereof) will be provided to the CRTPO Board prior to the meeting and shared verbally during the meeting.

Individuals desiring to submit comments for the public comment period or on the action items can do so by:

Mail
CRTPO
City of Charlotte
600 E. Fourth St., 8th Floor
Charlotte, NC 28202

Please reference the applicable public comment or action item in your comments. Comments must be received by 2 p.m. on the meeting date to be summarized during the meeting to the CRTPO Board and provided in full as part of the meeting minutes.

Residents that wish to provide verbal public comments, can do so by completing a Public Comment Period form found at the sign-in table outside the CRTPO Board meeting room. Residents must complete the form no less than five (5) minutes before the start of a CRTPO Board meeting.

The speaker(s) will be recognized by the CRTPO Board Chair during the public comment period on the agenda. CRTPO Bylaws limit speakers to three minutes each and the comment period to 20 minutes.

The CRTPO Board agenda and related meeting materials are available on CRTPO’s website in advance of the meetings.
