Alignment Evaluation Program
The Alignment Evaluation Program (AEP) is a technical assistance program for the CRTPO jurisdictions. The AEP is intended to provide a high-level conceptual evaluation of potential transportation projects along facilities included within the CRTPO’s Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP) and other locally adopted plan.

Grant Assistance Program
The Grants Assistance Program (GAP) is a resource that assists members to identify and apply for grant opportunities that fill gaps in transportation funding. Each grant program has its own set of requirements, eligible activities, and funding availability. The CRTPO created these resources to make it easier to seek grants and access additional sources of funding for the region.
